Ashanti Shequoiya, also known for her stage name Ashanti was born on 13 October 1979 in Glen Cove New York United States. She is an actor as well as a vocalist of the United States. Ashanti was a teenager singer-songwriter and actress from the US has been signed to Murder Inc. Records to release a single in 2002. She was featured on fat Joe's What's Luv? song that the same year.
